We recently decided to buy in Playa Del Carmen earlier this year
Like many buyers we wanted 2 beds /2 baths, in Little Italy, but our target price seemed to putting us outside just outside our desired area
We can happily say, Alex , rose to the task, and though his knowledge of the market and sustained diligence was able to find just what we wanted, where we wanted.
In addition Alex was really helpful in remedying some minor deficiencies , and getting us up and going with the cable company, driving us to the appliance store to get our washer /dryer, supervising its installation etc
He keeps an eye on our unit when we are away ,and overall he provided that extra level of comfort to have made our purchase as comfortable as could ever have been expected
