A very elegant development with spacious and very modern floor plans, which are different to most others.
The developer really build a place where one wants to live, spend time with your family close to the golf course, be in nature and still know the area of 5th Avenue and the beach are only a quick drive.
On average each unit has more than 1,600 sqft interior and the last 2 and 3 bedrooms are waiting for you.
My favorite is a Garden unit with private terrace for 420,000 US asking price.
Have a look at the virtual tour and think about making an offer. Nowadays I believe we get it for less than 400,000 US.
