which holds the title of your property in a trust with the you as the beneficiary of the trust.
The Trust is set up as 50-year renewable lease, without limitations.
Very alike to other countries, the owner is the main beneficiary of the trust, administers the trust and therefore controls the property.
You could use your kids as second beneficiaries and write your will accordingly.
You can transfer ownership, lease or improve the property at will.

We bought a Condo in Playa del Carmen
